Ominous Octa: Mirageman

Mirageman's arms, legs and shoulders all hold atmospheric generators, with the shoulders providing heat, his legs providing cold, and his arms able to switch between the two, he can create those ripples in the air you sometimes see coming off of concrete on a hot day. This basic illusion can be amplified into several ghost images that can fool people, and he uses this misdirection to make better use of his close-combat abilities and his sharp wits. Mirageman is the leader of the Ominous Octa, and isn't ALWAYS upset about that.
