Megaman War: Cutman

Then there's this guy. Some of you may remember the Megaman War, a story I worked on a while a go that got to 26 chapters before some real life chicanery took my attention off it long enough for the story to die out. Well, this is Cutman, sans his emerald green yukata, hefting that big ol' pair of shears like it's cardboard.
