Ascendant Waveman

Ascendant Waveman, a.k.a Poseidon, a.k.a the Blue Admiral. Similar to Stone, this image doesn't represent his upgrade, which is that his consciousness and control is expanded to cover the entire ocean. The catch is that having his nanobots spread so far out gives him less control at smaller scale, so he can't normally move onto land without causing a mass flood. To help him out, he gets vessels like this to fill a small volume of his water in, giving him a solid form and a body more reminiscient of his oldschool original. He hops into one of these whenever he needs to make a visible appearance or to meet with the other Androids in Elysium. The rest of the time he spends as the ocean, messing with whoever ventures into him, which as mentioned in Pulse Anemone's write-up, includes many of his subjects, the Bluefins, who don't even realize his true nature.
