Dark Maniacs Topman

It's not easy being green. This is the first time I've ever tried coloring something in motion! Speed lines ... brings me back to when I was drawing comics.

I'm pretty sure the idea behind the original version of this design is that Top was rebuilt using parts from Hadrian's OC Pencilman (or Pencil NINJA as he'd prefer to be known) and that his buster was actually a pencil! But I'm reinterpreting the design. The big question in my mind is that if he had time to paint most of himself green, why leave some of that unpainted? I guess he just thought it looked cool.

Like the previous few the original pencil drawing I made needed a LOT of work. I liked how I drew it overall, but everything was out of proportion and needed to be placed differently and resized. I guess it just goes to show how out of practice I've been.
