Cap N Doc Robot

Doc Robot from Cap N leads the "Wily Rescue Force" (consisting of Dreamwave's RMs) in my stories. As to the why: I like his character and wanted to use him.

Doc Robot comes from Cap N and is one of the few RM redesigns I dig. His personality is like Smee from Disney's Peter Pan: child-like and simple, but looking up to his evil hero.
