Food - Smoked Meat

This, I wasn't prepared for. It's apparently customary for Montreal Smoked Meat to be served as this entirely impractical semblance of a sandwich. We went for it on more than one occasion and at more than one location, and it was never presented in any way that the bread could conceivably contain the meat between it. The quality varied, but always within the range of "really, really good."
