I got this Prototype from an ex-employee of Capcom. It's of that replacement Megaman 3. You can see it really sucked, even from the start.

It looks like it's based of Megaman Powered Up .... can anyone translate that Japanese? I think we'll finally get to see more of evil Megaman in this game! FINALLY!
WOAH! I think Capcom plans to revive the Legends series! Can Megaman Legends 3 be far behind? Aw, I can't wait to see what happens .... I just hope they don't end with another cliffhanger.
Why didn't Capcom release Marvel VS Capcom 3? I don't know, but I do have lots of info on this game.
MVC3 was developed on the System 246 in place of the Naomi board and was scheduled for release on Sony's PS2 and NOT for the Dreamcast at the same time as the arcade release. It was reported that it had all the Marvel VS Capcom 2 guys but also: Dante (Devil May Cry), Zero (Rockman X), Nemesis (Biohazard), Rogue (Power Stone), Bishop (X-men), Ghost Rider (Ghost Rider), Thor (The Mighty Thor), and Jubilee (X-Men). Also, Sagat, Blanka (both from Street Fighter Alpha), Apyss (first stage type), and Onslaught (first stage type) are in the game, probably as unlockables.
This was the title screen for the game. It's noted that it's a VERY early version.

game? I mighta thought this was real if it weren't for Mario swearing. How can

I found this on ebay, but was outbid! I was so angry I almost broke my keyboard. I've never seen it again. There wasn't any more than you see here. I've tried to contact the seller, but he's blocked my e-mail. IF you have this game: GIVE IT TO US! Post about it in the forum or the guestbook (I don't feel too comfortable giving out my e-mail on the net .... you never know who'se gonna get it).
We never saw the other Rockman DASH DS, so I think those assholes who called it a fake made Capcom think twice. Those bastards! When will they learn? Well, the DASH series seems to be getting a shot in the arm because look at what I just found! Aw, yeah, that's right... a NEW Rockman DASH game. And it has Mayl, from the Battle Network series too. Wouldn't it be hot if, like, she and Roll hooked up? Aw, Hell yeah! And if Mayl's there then our old buddy Torchman can't be far behind.
But where the Hell is my EXE makover? Hey, Capcom! Get to it!
These are prototype shots of Rockman Zero 4 showing ... aw HELL, it's VILE! I couldn't believe it when I saw it. Hey, maybe there's some hackers out there who can hack the game and find ... y'know, if there's leftovers or something! I tried to hack the game myself, but ... I couldn't do it. Still, it makes you think, right? I mean ... Wiel's Japanese name is Vile, right? So .... maybe he is Vile! I mean, he looks a little like Wily, but his name is Vile! And now we have this screenshot.

Inafune, the creator of Megaman PC, told Nintendo Power that, for Megaman's 20th annaversary, he wanted to make a fighting game featuring all the Megamen called "Scramble Battle." And then I see these screens floating around the net and I'm thinking ... there must be a beta rom out there. How else can these screens get taken?
I looked everywhere and I can't find it. If anyone has it send it to me!
HOLY SHIT! A new NES Megaman game! I can't believe it, but it's true. I heard it's gonna be some kinda rom ... but that you can play it on the WII. How can you play a rom on the WII? I think that's a rumor because I found the boxart to the game. And it looks awsome! Wily looks just like Darth Vader ... it's so cool! I mean, he doesn't look anything like the Japanese version of Megaman, but that's the point, right?

And we have a screen of Megaman fighting a Chimera robot. A beta tester had to sneak this shot, so we should be very thankful to the guy. The new game has the same 8-bit MM sprite as in all the rest of the Megaman games, so this is probably an early beta version.
Just look at all those sweet screens ... even if I can't read Japanese I can see you can play as any of the four gurdians from Rockman ZX. What's super sweet is Vent and girl-Vent are int he game too! I hope they're unlockable. I'm so super hyped about this game!

I've seen some pretty bad fakes before, but this one takes the cake. Okay, see, these were on this super-sweet flash site and it was totally professional. I got Waveman to help me take these screenshots from the file and I was telling him about how awsome this game is and how awsome it was that Rockman ZX would go on, right. And he just keeps on snickering like something's funny. I ask him what it is and he just laughs at me more!
One Blade Launcher later and he points to the title.

FUCK! This is why things suck right now for Megaman. You think you're so smart? You put "April Fool" right there int he title! I was so jazzed when I first saw the site and though that it must be real, but I felt really stupid when I looked at the title again. I mean ... who do you think you're fooling? The only people who might be fooled are Japanese people! What an idiot.
What's even sadder is all the screens they made. I mean there's so many! And they were on a flash site and everything! It was so damned real...

I mean, the title does say "April Fool", but people are taking this game so seriously ... so maybe some parts of it *are* areal. I dunno, I'm just not sure. I mean ... I want it to be real.
