Big Battles Episode 03: Megatron Madness!
Megatron VS Galvatron (movie) VS Galvatron (TV show) VS Megatron (Beast Wars) VS Galvatron (Beast Wars 2) VS Super Megatron

Gauntlet: Yo all! This is Gauntlet,

Needlegal: And his sassy sis, Needlegal,

Gauntlet: Reporting to you live from sunny Metropolis!

Needlegal: All the futuristic gizmos are flying around everywhere thanks to the Braniac 13 upgrade. Really impressive city.

Gauntlet: Indeed it is Needlegal! And our judge for this battle is none other than president elect of the DCU: Lex Luthor!

Lex: Why thank you, Gauntlet. I appreaciate you having me here.

Gauntlet: So, Lex, can we expect a visit from Superman any time soon?

Lex: ........ I beleive the alien is a tad busy at the moment.

Needlegal: I can't beleive you let us schedule a fight here, Lex! It's sure to be very destructive.

Lex: Well, this city has seen it's share of battles, dear lady. And none of my companies are near this section of the city so......

Gauntlet: Got a point there, Lex. Care to introduce the fighters, Lex?

Lex: Certainly.

Megatron - Legendary commander of the Decepticons, Megatron took the planet Cybertron from the Autobots before being remade into Galvatron. He can transform into a gun, but since we're after the absolute victor here, he has all of his other modes as well. That includes a tank, a fighter jet, and a go-bot racer. I have my money on him - figuratively speaking of course.

Galvatron (movie) - After being defeated by Optimus, and cast out in space by his own men, Megatron was remade into Galvatron by Unicron. Galvatron possesses more raw power than Megatron, but his tactical skill seems less for some reason. Can transform into a cannon.

Galvatron (TV) - Definitely different in character and power than his movie self. After his last battle, movie Galvatron was damaged and rendered tragically insane and less powerful than his movie self.

Super Megatron - In Japanese comics, Dark Star (or Dark Nova, who can keep track of these Japanese names?) remade Galvatron into Super Megatron. He can transform into a cannon and has awesome power. For the battle, all 3 of his forms have been compressed into 1.

Megatron (Beast Wars) - Transforms into a T-Rex and a Dragon, this transformer is as small as a regular human and wiped out his own race.

Galvatron (BW2) - This Deston is radically powerful and inspires fear in his enemies, but his massive power renders him in a drunken stupor.

Needlegal: Thank you Mr. President! Now, the players have entered the field....

Megatron (BW): Mwa-hahahahahahah! I will destroy you all, and become true leader of the Predicons! yeeeeeeess. It's a shame I must face you my namesake, but I shall honor your glorious name in my victory!

Megatron: BAH! You are a fool, pretender! No true Decepticon leader would be defeated by a Maximal FART!

Gauntlet: OH! Beast Wars Megatron looks both surprised and indignant. He did not see that commin, Needle.

Needlegal: Indeed not, bro! You can even see the others chuckling at that last comment!

Galvatron TV: Well spoken, old man!

Super Megatron: Feh. Like your any better! Your so bad that you were changed BACK into Megatron - resulting in me! You were a failure!

Galvatron TV: What!? You dare!?

Needlegal: And now TV Galvatron is attacking Super Megatron! Super Megatron seems more than capable of defending himself though.

Gauntlet: Yup. That lava bath leeched more than substantial power from TV Galvatron and all his tactical skill seems lost in a mindless rage.

Needlegal: And Beast Wars Megatron has just begun to attack Megatron. His small size is a real disadvantage here. All his blasts are only pock-marking this great Decepticon leader. But Megatron can't blast him, BW Megatron is too - OH! He was just swatted like a fly!

Gauntlet: Similar problem with Japanese Beast Wars 2 Galvatron, sis. Movie Galvatron is searching for him, but just can't see him. Where is he anyway?

Needlegal: He seems to be...yes, he is sleeping, bro. Like a log. That's because his power is so great that - OH! Movie Galvatron just squashed him like a bug!

Gauntlet: He did not like that one bit, Needle. He's awake and he is MAD! He's unleashing power from his Galva-matrix and is giving Unicron's creation trouble. Movie Galvatron is having trouble hitting him, but Galvatron is still trying. BW2 Galvatron is swerving and weaving in his Dragon-mode but it's no good. He's nailed by a nice strategic maneuver straight from the old Megatron playbook!

Needlegal: AND over in this corner, Super Megatron has just blown a hole in TV Galvatron! To his credit, he's still comming at him, giving it all he's got, but it is over! TV Galvatron has just bit the dust. Super Megatron looks very smug. Saying something about being the superior model.

Gauntlet: Hm. BW Megatron seems to have gotten away from the original Megatron. He's now attacking Super Megatron. His blasts aren't having much effect though. Super Megatron is....he's walking away!? The Vehicon commander is positively insulted! Super Megatron is eyeing his predecessor, the original Megatron and is aiming his gun at the commander.

Needlegal: But BW Megatron is powering up. He's pointing his gun -

Gauntlet: Super Megatron - WATCH OUT!

BA-BOOM!

Needlegal: Super Megatron's head is gone! Blown apart by BW Megatron's charged-up blast! Folks, we have seen this before. BW Megatron had to power-up for a few minutes, but he blew up the great Optimus Prime's head the same way in prehistoric Earth on the Autobot Ark.

Gauntlet: He seems very pleased with himself, Needle. You should not turn your back on this guy, not for a second.

Needlegal: I guess all that power made Super Megatron overconfident. Well, BW Megatron is talking to himself now, so let's go to the Galvatron battle as the 2 leaders square off.

Gauntlet: BW2 Galvatron has took several Starscream smashing hits here sis. Only because of his protected Galvatron Matrix and sheer Deston grit is he able to stand so much raw power. Folks, Movie Galvatron is in a whole other league than his TV show counterpart. He reduced Starscream to dust in cannon mode and blew apart Ultra Magnus without any need to "power-up".

Needlegal: Yes, it's unfortunate his career was cut so short. Wait - Movie Galvatron was just hit from the back - it's TANK Megatron! He switched to tank mode and blasted Galvatron!

Gauntlet: NO good though. Galvatron is made of sterner stuff than that. Unicron's technology far surpasses that of Cobra Commander, who remade Megatron in the US comic. GAlvatron still felt that hit though., and transformed to cannon mode, firing at his old identity.

Needlegal: Here we see true Decepticon tactics, Gauntlet. Megatron changed to car-mode, his fastest land vehicle transformation and avoided the blasts. Now, he's a jet, soaring out of range. Galvatron has barely time to react before Megatron, in jet mode, attacks from above!

Gauntlet: Meanwhile, BW Megatron is powering up his cannon again. Probably hoping to off the winner the same way he did Super Megatron. But he's attacked from above by BW2 Galvatron! Both are in Dragon mode now, but Megatron really screwed his up his organic Beast Machines beast mode badly when he tried to purge his organic side. Galvatron is mercilously pummeling him. BW Megatron has just switched to his Transmeatal 2 Tyrannosaurus mode, but it's inferior to BW2 Galvatron. Now their both in robot mode again, battling it out. BW Megatron has switched forms again to Transmeatal Red Dragon robot mode!

Needlegal: OH! Both were blown apart by both Movie Galvatron and Original Megatron! Their both advancing on their newer counterparts smiling like the devils they are. It seems these old leaders aren't about to let a couple of "kids" claim to names they made infamous.

Gauntlet: Movie Galvatron is mecilously stamping on BW2 Galvatron who is too dazed to react. It seems his "power-high" is running low.

Needlegal: And BW Megatron is positively insulted. He's ranting and raving and powering up his gun. Megatron won't have it, though, and bitch-slaps him into tomorrow! He is up in the air! Megatron turns his trusty fusion cannon into the air and blasts the upstart in smithereens!

Gauntlet: BW2 Galvatron is much more powerful than BW Megatron and Movie Galvatron had a hard time getting hits in, but now that Movie Galvatron has the upper hand, BW2 Galvatron is beginning to break. His endurance is astounding and he won't give up, even though most of his mechanisms are broken. He is visibly shaken. He is powering up for a final blast at his predecessor, but Movie Galvatron has at least some of Megatron's wisdom. He blasts BW2 Galvatron with a point-blank blast from his cannon, effectively annihilating his competition.

Needlegal: Megatron and Galvatron are looking at each other now. Probably pleased with each other's fighting skills. It looks like they've agreed to go at each other full-force, sparing nothing. And what a battle it is! Megatron pulled out an energy-axe and is swinging away at Galvatron! Galvatron swerves and decks Megatron. Both are going at each other like boxers now. Madly punching each other, not holding anything back. Suddenly Galvatron is hit with a fusion blast and is kicked away from Megatron.

Gauntlet: Both take aim with their cannons and fire! Galvatron's cannon is superior, however and not only deflects Megatron's blast, but hits the leader in the chest plate! Galvatron quickly changes to cannon mode and blasts at Megatron! He dodges and switches to his G2 tank robot form. That cannon is more powerful than his first gun, but he now seems bulkier and slower. He blasts at Galvatron who is forced to transform and blast back. Galvatron has a nasty gash from Megatron's axe and is visibly hurt. Megatron, too has taken several hits from Galvatron's cannon. This is a true battle here folks!

Needlegal: Galvatron has Megatron beat raw-power wise, but Megatron, for some reason, seems to use more tactical skill. Perhaps trying to mess with the mind of a great Decepticon leader was not such a good idea on the part of Unicron. Anyways, Galvatron is back to fighting at close range. G2 Megatron's body is tough, but is still made from earthly metal, while Galvatron's is clearly made from a stronger variety. Serves you right to go to Cobra losers for an upgrade. But their going at it, punching and clawing and Galvatron seems to have the upper hand! He just knocked off Megatron's rail-cannon! He's pounding him full of holes with his cannon! But Megatron is no stranger to pain and swats Galvatron's cannon away! He grabs his arm and - GOD! He broke Galvatron's arm! Galvatron is screaming and Megatron is on him like a tiger! Ferociously beating him! Galvatron has not given up yet, and as Megatron takes one moment to regain himself, he uppercuts Megatron right in the jaw!

Gauntlet: Visibly stunned, he reels back. Galvatron somersaults to his gun and starts blasting Megaton from a distance. Megatron is overwhelmed now. Galvatron will not allow him close a second time. Not wasting any more moments on speech he is blasting Megatron apart. He is taking out another gun that came with the toy version of him and is using that too. His arm is still broken and can barely be used, but Galvatron pops it back into place. Parts are flying off Megatron now. He is staggering. He's reaching behind him and...PULLS OUT ANOTHER GUN! He shoots Galvatron in a weak spot and there is internal explosions in Unicron's herald! Galvatron takes a final aim at Megatron and tears away a shot from his fusion cannon effectively handing Megatron his death blow and blowing the original leader apart! Galvatron chuckles for a few moments and collapses himself. Both are now destroyed Needle.

Needle: Wow...all 6 contestans are no longer active. What's the call, Lex?

Lex: Well, both of them showed the old Megatron grit and determination. But, Megatron fell first, so I'd say Movie Galvatron is, unfortunately, the winner here...but barely.

Gauntlet: Well, I guess this fight is over then. Except for the cleanup.

Lex: Don't worry about that. My people are on the job. All that technology will give my science boys a field day!

Needle: So this has been Needlegal -

Gauntlet: And Gauntlet -
