Bio: On the surface, Blastman comes across like many other fire navis as a violent pyromaniac, but in this case it's a mask for a much more controlled and calculating intelligence. He's especially sociopathic and cruel, but usually hides the full extent of his depravity from others, even his operator. The vents on his body regulate the amount of heat released, and he will usually let it build up to excessive levels before dispensing it all in one well-timed inescapable explosion.

Bio: A water navi with the ability to swim through solid terrain like Sharkman and Toadman, but Diveman remains at least partially submerged at all times on the net as his body is otherwise too large and heavy for most platforms to support. Diveman has the discipline of an experienced naval commander and he respects his operator's rank of captain with all due subordination. With his imposing stature, elusive defense, and smart weapons comes deserved confidence. However he can quickly lose his temper when his targets continuously evade his torpedoes and refuse to back down. When the tactical approach fails, he resorts to unfocused brute strength.

Bio: Circusman is a clown navi that revels in every bit of misery he brings about in his audience. His cousin Colorman may be obnoxious, but he earnestly wishes to entertain. Circusman aims only to entertain himself, and he has a sadistic taste in entertainment. His bloated size conceals an unexpected agility. His body is actually mostly hollow, with the interior being designed to forcefully hold captured viruses, souls, and other entities in preparation for controlling them.

Bio: Haughty and dismissive, but well-intentioned and peaceful. His master's training emphasizes avoiding conflict and bending with the flow rather than facing opposition head-on. Tenguman is mischievous and belligerent by nature, so it a testimony to the guiding hand of his enlightened operator that his more wicked inclinations are kept in check. In battle, Tenguman employs aerial martial arts that seem like magic in their surprising and spectacular effects.

Bio: Slashman is a passionately driven fighter. His style blends expert martial arts with an affinity for blades in a way that allows swords to complement his hand-to-hand fighting instead of supplanting it. While he and his operator are trained in combat to a deadly degree, they prefer to channel the art into a passion for cooking that takes them across the world to study and share the apex in culinary arts. Slash's dexterity and precision in cutting is more constructive on ingredients than opponents and his skills produce superior delicacies in the cyberworld that can become recipe data for real world versions as well.

Bio: A haughty absolutist navi, full of airs and bold pronouncements, Judgeman delivers his decrees more as a god handing down laws than as a representative interpreting them. As a navi for a criminal organization, his idea of the law is actually rather fluid. His body is composed of books that record the various laws he writes as he conceives them. Those books are then weaponized by temporarily overriding the code of the cyberworld to his whims in a viral fashion.

Bio: As elemental attributes form the basis for many of a navi's higher functions, it's normally impossible to embody more than one simultaneously. Elementman's form compensates by sacrificing much of his memory map towards the ring of elemental essences anchored to his back. He has a very primitive outward appearance and vocal processor as a result. His words come out sounding like a series of beeps and whistles reminiscent of an old-school dial-up modem. His personality takes a hit as well, with his mind having little room for emotions beyond the WWW standard-issue hatred for society and love of destruction. While he still can't use elements simultaneously, he can reformat on the fly and make use of a diverse array of powers with widespread area of effect.

Bio: Groundman is a light-hearted and industrious construction worker for the net. He's happy to put his tools to work on excavation and terrain-leveling, but it just so happens his massive drills are effective weapons for netbattling as well. He's just a little slower than most combat navis since he's made for crushing stationary rocks, not moving opponents. Still, he's thoroughly thick-skinned and is friendly even in battle. His manner of speech is crude and may come across as disrespectful to some, but he's just too laid-back for formalities.

Bio: Killerman is a professional navi assassin and protégé of the legendary Shadowman. He and is operator are less secluded and covert than their mentors, which owes them less reputation but, ironically, more business as they make it easier for prospective employers to contact them. Killerman takes sadistic pleasure in appearing as a death god to his targets. He vacillates on whether he prefers to kill stealthily so they don't know what has happened until it's too late or directly so they can see his frightening grin and try in vain to avoid their fate. His skills are geared more towards carefully planned precision strikes than outright brawls though, so he tries to keep his limitations in mind while never showing a hint of fear or hesitation to his victims.

Bio: Dustman's honest and respectful demeanor is an ill fit for the Undernet where he usually hangs out, but where else is a navi built for recycling junk data going to find such a rich treasure trove of digital garbage? His unflappable attitude, willingness to get down and dirty, and restraint from judgement makes him just as popular with the underdwellers as with surface navis though, so he gets along just fine wherever he goes. He's also strong enough to handle himself even in the virus-infested Undernet depths. His recycling skill applied to his downloaded chip data happens to be one of the most exploitable abilities in netbattling, and it's only a lack of ambition that keeps him and his operator from rising to the top. They're happy in the laid-back clean-up role.

Bio: An especially old-fashioned navi, Chargeman's transport-based design has more to do with nostalgia than practicality. With the cyberworld's links and teleporters, a train doesn't get its passengers to where they want to go any faster, but for those few that believe in the journey over the destination he enthusiastically provides the optimum experience. Charge and his operator's shared obsession with the romance of the railroad is a dying interest, but they keep it alive as best they can. Much of Chargeman's memory map is committed to cargo space, leaving his form especially bulky and unarticulated. He has no envy more humanoid navis though, and in battle he's content to just throw his weight around, running over anything or anyone in his way.

Bio: Iris' program is an offshoot of Colonel.exe. She's essentially Colonel's sister. Whereas Colonel is a navi of war, Iris is a navi of peace, or at least a certain pragmatic version of peace in that her ability to manipulate technology can end most conflicts non-violently. Her persona embodies the selfless kindness that was deemed detrimental to the soldier instincts of her brother. She can only think of helping others, with no personal aspirations of her own, leaving her feeling sorrowfully incomplete most of the time. She acts quiet and withdrawn even while indiscriminately assisting people with her powers, leaving most of those she helps unaware of even who to thank (or "thank" in the case of those whose aims to employ violence are equally indiscriminately thwarted.) Lacking the weaponry and armor of most navis, she can easily be mistaken for a human in certain contexts.
