Future Mags charges at you!

I'd criticize Hadrian more for ripping off Protoman's style if Nintendo Power hadn't already (which I used for the then-contemporary Transmetal 2 design). Shadowman had a scarf in Battle and Chase and Mags has glasses in Nintendo Power where they mistook his sprite's eyes for glasses. But how did they miss the mugshot!?

I like this very light redesign for Mags.
