Crorq, the Supercomputer

The original "main villain" of the PC Megaman games/current chief of the Robot Police Department, Crorq, the Maaagnificent!

Based primarily off his MM3PC appearance, in which he apparently had a cockpit with someone riding in it, but it was never seen who. Crorq in the eps is completely autonomous, so a cockpit is silly. All his windows are instead monitors, which he can use to display any information or emotional state he desires. He also has an array of hidden door panels on his casing from which he can produce simplistic robotic arms of varying lengths, often holding a bucket of fried chicken or a box of donuts that seemingly came from nowhere. On his left side are also various buttons, LEDs, and jacks typically found on a household computer system, just to fill out the design somewhat.

You wouldn't want him as your boss.
