Siege Joe

Siege Joe design from Business of War, based on Hardman's descriptions. Did the lineart months ago to see if Hard had any objections (too many spikes, but I figure that can be overlooked) and just now got around to colouring it. It was hard thinking up a color scheme, not sure about what I came up with. I tried to include some green for the Joe reference, and some orange for the SA connection, while still making it fairly imposing. Well, at this point I'm just glad it's out of the way.
