TM2 SparkChan: Spark Wave

Say hi to Classi.

It's the last part of my highly delayed "draw the Mechs in their TM2 armor" project. For Classi I had the pose picked out as something simple and peaceful like a friendly wave, but as usual I gotta up the dynamics with special effects. Well, I held back a little - there could have been more lightning.
