Decommissioned Emerald City - Seanan Magrath & Jinjur

Minister of Defence of the Emerald Spears' Dominion in the Decommissioned era of alt 21XX. Not a descendant of anyone known, but she's a clear exemplar of the Emerald Spears' hardline militant roots. The mech is obviously a more feminine version of General from MMX4... except this is a divergent timeline where reploids like General never existed, so it's important to note this is just a visual homage rather than an indicator of what the machine was adapted from in canon... even though basically every other Emerald Spears mech in the story IS designed to indicate the pre-existing robot that was hollowed out to create it. My commitment to this design kinda makes the direction less cohesive, but nonetheless, it's what I wanted to make. As with the other ministers, the design idea for Magrath is lots of green, high-class outfits, and some version of 'rose-colored glasses', hers being visor shades. Each of the Emerald Spears' mechs in this era are named after characters from the classic Oz books particularly associated with the Emerald City, this one being General Jinjur. I took some inspiration from Skottie Young's design for Jinjur from Marvel's Oz adaptations, one of my favorite depictions from the series. The extra-wide skirt especially, plus the nail-like hairpins were things I liked and stole for this mech's look.
