Tennisman seemed pretty goofy until Megaman 9 came out with Strikeman. And then there's Gridman ... so maybe he's not as offbeat as anyone would have thought.

His weapon is the Tennis Charge, an attack made with tennis balls that explodes on impact! But he hits it with his tennis racket, blowing himself up in the process.
