Last one of this set. Dark Maniacs Shadowman!

For this version Hadrian made his name actually apply literally! In his comic this guys gets squashed by Hardman necessitating the suit on the left. Who knew a living shadow would be so prone to squishing?

The containment suit was actually a slightly edited Dr. Weil sprite. I tried to take it as literally as possible while interpreting the red parts as Shadowblade designs instead of circles or anything else.

Anyway this is the last of my "coloring some pictures" set. For now. With the Mechs epilogues complete I'd like to get back into art, which was something writing those stories edged me out of for ages.
