Another member of Hadrian's Ominous Octa - Discman! In the comics he made he's the only one who lived.

I tried to go for a "90s as fuck" background influenced by some pop art I found searching Google. I really wanted to include the rainbow effect CDs have, but struggled with it since the entire picture is full of flat colors with no gradients. Then I realized his visor could have that as a shine. I wish I had thought of that when I made his sprite a few years ago. Oh, well.
