Pencilman
The next member of Hardian's Ominous Octa - Pencilman (or Pencil NINJA, as he'd rather be known).

Pencilman is a fun design. Sadly, he didn't get a lot of play in the Mechanical Maniacs Moments or the epilogues. There was always too many characters in the series. I suppose the Octa would have been overshadowed had they made it to the series proper.
