Spectrum Owl is another Descendant. Hailing from the administrative branch, she feels comfortable in the leader role, though with the rowdy bunch she's saddled with, she has her work cut out for her. Her sensory gimmick is sight, with her massive eyes taking in and processing light patterns from a far wider array than humans and most machines can see.
