"Life is a highway..."

After Megaman 3, the eight Robot Masters Shadowman, Sparkman, Geminiman, Snakeman, Topman, Hard chick, Needlegal, and Magnetman decided to become superheroes more out of boredom than anything else. They called their team the Mechanical Maniacs!

After gaining an uncountable amount of money, the team bought the Technodrome and had many adventures.

However, after their nemesis from another world - Galvarton - returned with his master, the planet eating Transformer, Unicron. Their defeat cost the 'Maniacs their fortress, but gave them new Transmetal armour and acess to all their powers from THe MM games the Power Battles and Superadventure Rockman (whereas before they were limited to their powers from Megaman 3).

Hard Chick left shortly thereafter because of disinterest after the last battle and so, Harman now has no personality - again.

Now they go back to their old base, the warehouse, still under dissarray from Gauntlet's battle with Galvatron, and plan for their future......
