Captain Pollution

So, one day I remembered that I liked Captain Polltution. And so I have attempted to make him look cool which not changing anything about his actual design.

And you know what? It's difficult AS HELL to find any actual pictures of the guy on the net! What's up with that!? I can find dozens of pictures of Hoggish - freakin' - Greedly but not Captain Planet's coolest adversary? For shame!
