Erirudo - 'Arti'

It's Artilleryman, a villain from the Mechanical Maniacs series.

As you can see, he modified him a bit, although I kept all his original functions and added a few.

Anyway, the extra functions are the rocket containers for the explosive needle things, the actual rockets and the jetpack.
Also, he can switch his right arm(HIS right, not ours) into the huge bazookagun thing at will, his missile launchers can retract into his shoulder armour(What, did you think those hatches were for show?) and he can switch his hands into 'explodey crash-esque bomb mode, also at will.
