"Based on" (ie: almost completely copied from) Kintall's "Mega Mini", just in Capcom's style (or an approximation of it).

Because I am evil to Megaman.exe. To think the fandom spazzed when the series was announced! The only thing I don't really like about it is MM's chest emblem. Oh, well.

Also marks my failure to use the wacom tablet. Although it's still great for shading, I just can't draw well on it alone. I resported to scanning after a weak attempt at wacom.

As for Mayl's "engrish", I just can't help but hear the Japanese version of the voices whenever they slot in, cuz I only watch the fandubs (achingly slow tho the releases are).
