One of the most memorable of the Hadman's Robot Masters from the Mechanical Maniacs Moments. Mosel Rocket Man only talks in signs, even though he clearly has a mouth. Cool.

MRM was the only RM not reprogrammed by Dark Hardman and Dark Shadowman because he was fully finished or something. But why would that stop them? The Moments had a few plot holes. Anyway I really like the totally absurd look and premise of this guy.
