Rockman Shadow

The twerp from Rockman and Forte 2, Rockman Shadow is the prototype version of Quint ... but if Quint is a remolded Megaman why is there a prototype? And why is he so much stronger!?

In my fiction Quint is basically Dr. Who. He travels through time. Sounds cool, but he's still Quint so he still sucks. But if Quint is Dr. Who then does he has a counterpart for the Master? That's where Rockman Shadow comes in. In Series 9 he travels through time messing with the past so I can recycle old unfinished stories. Well, he's actually being controlled by Mesmerman who's using time travel to just troll people he doesn't like. Hey, he doesn't always need a master plan sometimes a guy just wants to have fun.
