Oilman concept

This is my concept for new Oilman. His puurple visor comes from his sprite. I wanted to bring him a bit closer to the official Oil while adding some argia-esque designs (seeing as he's one step behind the 'Maniacs). Looks NOTHING like Argia's Flash tho, but I didn't really want him to look exactly the same anyhow. Dunno if I made it clear, but his stomach is glass-like and has oil inside it, bringing his "red Flashman" look closer to an actual "oilman" look.

His shoulder-pads and boots have holes in them. This is so he can use a "smog attack" where he uses internal engines to generate smog as a diversion.

He secretly likes the official Oilman, hence his purple scarf.

07 is his robot number. Assuming the data in the MM.EXE file is correct and that the weapons MM recieves are listed in the same order as the bosses are in, Oilman would be #4. AND, if we add the first three robots from PC1, that makes him PC07.

This was one VERY hastily colored sketch.
