Descendant Velocity Rabbit / Cheetah

These two are basically the same character, I'm just not sure which version we'll end up going with. I had started with the rabbit, but Spark suggested switching it to a cheetah. "Speed" is a theme either way, but I had wanted "hearing" as well and I still feel like the rabbit conveys that more. I didn't come up with names for characters in this group. Spark offered "Velocity Cheetah", I guess "Velocity Rabbit" would work just as well. As you can probably tell, these are somewhat based on 21XX era animal-based Maverick bosses, which will be a common thing with the Descendants. The Mad Max style outfits won't be. That's basically unique to this one character(s).
