WALK THROUGH Part 2

5. Level 5: The Factory

Well, that's good. We're deeper in the warehouse now. Now the real battle begins...and so does that cool background music that's stuck in my head!

A word of warning: About this time, the regular enemies are now much stronger and quicker. Just be careful and try not to linger around.

Right away, you'll be treated to a drop, and a couple shooting Green Sniper Joes. Whatever I told you about the green ones, when they're on cliffs, throw everything I told you about them out the window and come right at them and pound them. Trust me, you don't want to move up or down very much. In fact, if you go all the way to the back of the screen, you'll fall as well! Be wary of this. However, don't get too close to the end of the bridge, as Red Joe's flamethrowers will roast your Sixlet if he gets close. Once you've cleared out all the enemies, wait for a pause in the flamethrower Trap thing, then jump-kick it and move on.

Here is where the fun really starts. Another kind of Sniper Joe is introduced. Mace Joes. And these are the toughest of the bunch. They swing maces and block with their shields, so hitting them is no walk in the park. Take them when they throw their maces and hope they don't connect.

After this, you'll go down an elevator and fight the Mini Pulzar robots . They come at you from the right side and the left, so take precaution. They take several hits to destroy. Keep at them It shouldn't take much pummeling to defeat them.

Soon after this, you'll have the last appearance of those strange spit bots that spit acid at you. Kill them and you won't ever see 'em again!

Somewhere around 2/3 into the level, a black metool (Xardion) or something will appear, and out of it's mouth come much smaller black metools. They don't take much to kill, however, they are always moving around, and don't stop at all. Try to hit from head on, just watch out when they try to nail you with their head butts. Beat that wave, and continue on.

Now the most difficult part of the stage. Remember those Mace Joes? They're back, and this time you got to contend with the Pulzar Mini bots too. Between dodging their furiocuous attacks, it'll be tough. Good luck.

Continue trouncing all your enemies until you get to the boss. (These levels are getting really exciting, yes, I know...)

Boss

Level 5 Boss: Pulzar
Real Name:
First Appearance: Iceman vs Red (2002)

In Game: "Pulzar will eat you alive!" He taunts, as you get close. Even though he isn't supposed to have a voice box.. Now, what you wanna do is you want to lure this big bad bug over to you, about the left part of the screen. Now, once he gets there, get in close and pummel him. Move up or down, and when he gets up, do it again. This guy has two long-range attacks, yet he only has a simple charge that he uses as a close-range attack. He shouldn't counter attack too much, and you should have an easy victory on your hands. Once again, do NOT try to get away from him. He'll either shoot you or charge at you.

6. Level 6: The Cave

Roll says: "Go and rescue Dr. Light from the cave!". Evil cave! Bad! The Sinister Six will destroy you! ^_^

Anyway, this cave isn't a friendly one. It just gets very difficult from here. Don't expect much of a break.

The Color variety of Sniper Joes are back for another round in this level. And they tend to mix together to make unpredictable results. Close to the beginning of the level, they'll be Rhino Robots. Like the Trains and mini Pulzar's they'll give you another reason not to be in their line of sight, as they will rush at you at lightning speeds. Pretty much kill them and move on. About a little more than midway through the level, you'll be attacked by the miniboss, a giant bubble bat with little bats around it. If you treat it like you did Torchman, you'll do fine. You can use up some of your life or reserve Super Attack move if you want to kill it quick, but I don't recommend it, especially if you have less than four units of life left (Unless you're on your last life). Soon after, you'll be assaulted by more Rhinos. Keep to the bottom half of the screen to avoid being run over. Pretty soon after this, you'll be assaulted by the wave of Jumping Frog bots you saw in the 2nd level. Just try to get close to one group, then the other. Then mount your attack from there. About at the end of the level, you'll go up an elevator. Kill all the lackeys, and then just keep going over a little ways until you see Dr. Light....and those dudes guarding her...

Boss

Level 6 Boss: Sleek Squad (Stretchman, Flareman, Graniteman, Dashman)
Real Names: Fred, Lance, Peter, and Dash
First Appearance: Sinister Six: Every Geek Has his day! (2004)

In Game: These guys are just tough, and there's FOUR of them, which really makes it even harder. The first two come at you as a team, and all they do is swing their fists at you. Graniteman is slow, so work off that. Stretchman's punches can put on the hurt as well, so be swift to avoid his long range attacks. It's really hard just to get in close to them. Jump-kick them if you can, and use your super attacks if possible.

Once you get those two dead, and blown up in all their annoying glory, the third one attacks. Flareman will try to burn you with several different fire combos. The only difference in this guy is that he can shoot a short-range fire attack. If you can attack from a distance, this battle is yours!

Now onto the hardest of the bunch. Dashman. Unfortunatly he outclasses Cut-Chan in speed. So you'll have to use Super Attacks to effectivly knock him down. He moves so fast that he is extremely hard to hit. A few timed hits from Gutsman though and he's down for the count.

Any character with a long-range Super Attack (Like Fireman) helps tremendously.

7. Level 7: The Trap

Well, well. Scorpion lured you into the trap! You'll keep falling, and falling, and falling. This first part will have you dealing with a lot of fire machine traps. Right square at the beginning, destroy the Laser Eyes and the Cannons. Just destroy every piece of machinery you can. The game is now pulling out all the stunts. Then you'll get right to the cliff again. Repeat what you did in the 5th level, just watch out for those flamethrowers again!

Around the middle of the level, we get treated to City Garage again! Not one City Garage, not two, not three, but FOUR City Garages all at once! Don't even bother dealing with them one at a time, just use your Super Attack and kill off one or two, then use the strategy you used on him in level 1 to finish any stragglers. After that, go ahead and beat down any robots that come your way. Now comes the really hard part....

Mid-Boss

For a mid Boss, Thunderman sure packs a lot of power. He usually spends most of his time charging attacks, so this is a great way to put on the beating. Though when he hits you with barrages of electric charged shots, you'll fall sooner than he will. Spend your time dodging charged shots, they are slower than the regualar shots. Keep in mind that some of his electric sparks will follow you for a short peroid, so keep on the move.

After you short circuit him, you have to face a few more of those electric and gater traps combined together before you finally reach...the boss.

Boss

Level 7 Boss: Scorpion

In Game: This guy's a real asshole. When he knocks you to the ground he laughs at you, and when he kills you he lets you know it by saying "You are dead, hahahahahahaha!!!" It's time to slap him around just to shut him up...

First off, when he raises his shield stay away, not only is he invincible against Super Attacks when it's up but you'll take a ton of damage if you go near him. You absolutely have to approach him from an angle or he WILL get the first hit.

When he raises his shields and starts floating in the air you want to stay away from him, he'll shoot energy beams directly ahead of him.

Quite frankly the best and easiest way to beat him is to just keep blasting him with your Super Attack. You'll lose a few lives in the process, but you'd lose a LOT more lives if you tried to just punch him around.

8. Level 8: The Base

Okay...so Scorpion wasn't the mysterious villain we thought was behind this. There still lurks someone else in the shadows...continue on and fight through the last stage!

A very short and straightforward level. This place pulls no punches at all. It starts off with all the Sniper Joes you've encounted before. Appearing back to back, then gets back into those cruel Mace Joes and Mini Pulzars. Then along come another wave of Trains and Rhinos. After going a ways....oh no...you won't like this upcoming part much...

Yep..."Nothing can break me!"...hooray, just what we needed, the big tub-o'-lard. As soon as you see him, DO NOT MAKE THE SCREEN SCROLL! At least, don't make it scroll much until you beat Super Chaos, or get him down to low energy. If you scroll it too much, you get to fight City Garage along with Super Chaos. Those two aren't much for a big party, so you'll just have to rely on the strategies I gave you earlier. After this, you get to fight cyro Mantis. He's actually not hard to beat. Again, don't make the screen scroll too much, or you'll have to fight Buster Rod G. again too. He can be a real pain in the ass when you're fighting these guys. Then you get to fight Pulzar again. This gets easy, as you can simply repeat the same trick you used on him a couple of levels ago. After you've slowly beaten the bosses, you have another obstacle in front of you....

Boss

Yes, that's Apple posing as an innocent damsel in distress. Don't be tricked. She'll only try to punch or kick you. Just get in from a vertical angle and pound her, just watch out for the kick. Once you've defeated her, Dr. Light points out the extreme obvious. Yes, we know that she was working for the enemy! And that only one obstical is left. And that's where you're going next...

FINAL BOSS

Level 8 Boss: General Cutman

In Game: Now this is where it gets really, really tough. Stay away from the General when he's doing his "I am General Cutman!" rambling. Now, you'll just want to basically wear this guy out with your Super Attacks. Get close, and he'll swipe you three times for six units of damage. That's the strongest attack in the entire game.

Whatever you do, AVOID HIM when he gets into that Rolling Cutter frenzy. He'll shoot multiple blades at you, which are easily dodged by paying attention. Just kill this guy with your super attacks and finally, after saying "You are dead!" or just "Dead!" sometime he'll be kissing the floor himself. Good job, Sixlet You've saved the world!

Yay! You've beaten the game! Your reward is a new "Vs Mode" Setting that you can play! Now that The Sinister Six have beaten the crap out of everyone and everything, there's nothing left to beat the crap out of! So why not beat the crap out of each other!! Doesn't that sound like fun?
