Area 12

Notes: The FINAL area, the end of the internet! It's actually a little disappointing, I expected it to be longer, and I was kinda hankering for a link to the WWW labs I could break into, then find somewhere inside that would allow me to unlock that last door in Skull Castle and get into the internet from whatever computer was lying on the other side of it. Oh well.
This area is full of rare enemies and awesome random data, and the random data gets replenished every time you jack in, so if you have the patience to work all the way through areas 5-12, you get rewarded every time.

Bass: If you beat the game at least once and get 174 out of 175 chips, you can fight Bass for the final chip, the life aura. This map was made before I actually accomplished the task and I assumed he would be there, he actually appears randomly right off the bat. You basically fight him as if it was the second time every time, but you never get the Bass chip from him, there's no ordinary way you CAN get THAT chip.
