“Same Shadow Time” …… yeah, well it didn’t turn out that way. Oh, well. I make up for it in UPDATES. And what big updates we have today.

First off, yet another (short) chapter of The Unnamed is up for reading.

Next, the Chinese Games article in the misc. section has screen shots for Rockman Gold Empire. It’s one of the games Capcom licensed (not a pirate) …. doesn’t make it good.

The Cell phone games have also been updated. I think I might actually have found one for you guys to download and play! Of course the page was in Japanese, so I dunno. Someone wanna try it out and let me know?

There’s some new art in the misc. Image gallery by Kindlewoman and an official picture of Pinbot that I forgot to put up earlier.

Annnnnd there’s been an update in the sprites section! We have some custom sprites of Hardman.EXE by our very own Hardman as well as sprites Auto ripped from one of the Chinese games! Rockman is super deformed and they actually look quite nice, so it’s worth the two seconds it takes to look at them. Both have handy new tanks next to them for easy finding.

Finally, I’ve put up a new and, I’m sure, long awaited article: an article on Megaman 3 for Tiger Handheld Electronics! It was only a matter of time before the Megaman 3 team covered this aspect of Megaman 3 as well. And if you think it’s a straight copy of Joey’s article, you’re mistaken. I now HAVE this game in my possession! Meaning I can write up something original!

Image Gallery, Unnamed, ‘Maniacs Moments

As you can see the Mechanical Maniacs Moments are back! We got a healthy supply in reserve now so there’s little fear of them dying on us again. Thanks, Hard.

The Image Gallery is once more seeing new updates. This time in the “other” image gallery section. We have a few pieces of new gif art as well as quite a few official images …. including one for GAMMA! That’s right the peace keeping robot himself premiers right here!

Lastly, but now least, are two more chapters of the Unnamed! They’re short, but sweet. Well, at least IMO.

Right, well …. too busy. Oh, well.

I did notice that I made a *slight* mistake on the unique
hits image though. We go 300,000 not just 30,000. Right, well,
that’s what happens when you’re in a rush.

Epilogue

Things have been quite busy for me lately, but I found a bit of time to update. A new epilogue has been posted – once again by Geminiman! Belselk’s Challenge. It’s very action-packed in the usual Gemini way!

Also, I’ll put ….. whatever crap I can think of in place of the ‘Maniacs Moments until some new ones are made.

Been a little while.

The Unnamed now has Chapter One up for readin’! Everyone had such nice things to say about the prologue so hopefully Chap 1 meets expectations as well. And since Chapter one really isn’t anything on it’s own I released Chapter two as well.

Also I’ve uploaded a BUNCH of sketches from my sketchbook into my image gallery. They’re all uncoloured except for a “thank you for 30,000 unique hits” image ala the Japanese pages. Oh, yes …. we have broken 300,000 unique hits! over 700,000 if you count multiple visits!

Here’s a project I’ve been working on for quite some time now – the Mechanical Maniacs Mini-Novel: The Unnamed! Ice was pretty driven to write Ice VS Red at one point and that, coupled with my own desire to write more than epilogues and comic books, prompted me to start work on my own mini-novel. The Prologue is now up for viewing.

Some new images have been added to the Chinese Games page. Including some scans from the back of the box which means really bad screenshots. Still, the games look interesting.

I’ve also created a brand new article covering cell phone games released only in Japan! Behold such oddities as “Kobun Flies?” and “Rockman Rocket Christmas!” All are located in the miscellaneous section.

Sprite Tutorial and a new Epilogue

I think I’ll go with old ‘Maniacs Moments for a couple weeks. For now anyway.

Updates for this week include an addition to the Sprite Tutorial which now covers how to use paint to recolour sprite sheets and actually capturing sprites. I must say I’m disappointed more people couldn’t figure this out for themselves. But now my tutorial covers this as well, listing a program most sprinters use to capture sprites.

Another addition is a brand new epilogue. Another by Geminiman this one is inspired by Cowboy Bebop.

New RM Strategy images

As of right now I’ve run out of ‘Maniacs Moments to post on the main page. Not entirely sure what I’ll use to replace them in the next update. Old ‘Maniacs’ Moments? A random image? More ramblings? Welp, as the very first site back from Zelda Universe’s big hacker scare, lemme say it’s good to be back! And …. back first!

The site WAS in disarray, but thanks to my ……. 133+ 5k11_1_z I was able to solve the problem! So now you can view the entire site as it was like there was no problem whatsoever! However, because of the new layout I’ll have to reconfigure the secret page challenge. So that’s cancelled …. for now.

And to the rest of my PMM good luck in getting your sites back in order. I know you’ll be back better than ever.
