Hardman’s back with more ‘Maniacs Moments so that brings out contest to anend. If he ever gets backlogged again, though I’ll bring the contest back. Thanks you to all who participated!
More wallpapers have been put up. These ones finish off the set of wallpapers for each member of the team!
I’ve also added some nifty buttons to the Nuts and Bolts section to give it some life.

An EPILOGUE update? By LENNON!?
It’s TRUE! In a bold move he’s actually continuing his stories! They are hurtling towards the end of his story arc. Hurtling slowly, but steadily. Read it NOW!
Also, in a move that will not be repeated EVER, Needlegal has changed her name from KittyKat to Psycho Magnet. KittyKat being her moniker when she was new and didn’t really care much about it which is used only here and Psycho being a long-held name for the last …. three or so years which she uses everywhere. Every single reference to this has been updated (thank YOU, Adobe GoLive).
During updates some files (notable, three epilogues) were lost ….. well, they were found and restored to the site. Yay. Go me.
Also in ep news, due to Classi’s request her epilogue has been taken down until part two is finished. Let’s hope it’s soon! (it was a good story). Everyone go bug her! (sarcasm, people)

I’ve been REALLY busy with my comic and REALLY got into watching an anime called Bleach. But I still got time to update a bit with some user submission stuff!
Okay, so …. first up: miscellaneous images have been uploaded. Woo hoo. I love getting images so keep sendin’ ’em.
Real Life Wilys sees an update. Wow. That’s a section I never – EVER expect an update from.
The Pirate Sprite Sheets sees a tiny update. Zan Sidera submitted some sprites of the tree guy and the red hero guy from Rockman DX3, so those sprites have been added in. Originally for Sprites INC too, but I whined about it a whole bunch (it’s been a bad year or so) and Ace, being the gentleman that he is, let me have the game for my own coverage (since I have already covered it). So Zan let me put these up as they were originally for S. INC. So, thanks guys.

Wow, I haven’t had an update like this in AGES!
First off the next winner of the ‘Maniacs Moments contest is Kaos! Congrats. PR references for teh win.
Next up is an all new article.Rocman X VS Thunder Blast Man. Not only have I compared both games, but I actually *won* Rocman X and have gone into extreme detail on the ending.
The Gauntlet Sprites page has been updated with an all-new sprite picture featuring every single Megaman character (that has an official sprite) to date! It was *very* tough and annoying to make, but now I can update it easily should I choose to do so.
The Wallpapers section also has a big update. That’s one section I don’t update too often. This time from tiny project I recently finished up.

First off …. Happy Canada day to all the Canucks out there!
Secondly, the first winner of our ‘Maniacs Moments contest is Ace Spark of Sprites INC! Congrats on his really amazing custom sprites! Keep on submitting your own entries – this contest is ongoing! There’s no limit on how many times you can submit to the contest!
Also, more screens from the Megaman Cell Phone games have been added. Including one from a Christmas version of Kobun Flies. The mystery of the bigger NES screenshots has also been solved – it’s just a better version of the game O_o. No lie. There’s a 100K version and a 256K version.
Quint, of Sprites INC also informs me that the “Megaman Mania” screens with boarders use something called “GP Player”, so that bit of info has been added to the Misc. Classic Mysteries article.

Hardman’s having a TON of real life troubles so he can’t make ‘Maniacs Moments. It really sucks and all my support goes out to the big guy. Let’s all wish him the very best!
As for the ‘Moments, I’ve decided to turn it into a bit of a contest until Hardman’s return. See the ‘Maniacs Moments page for details!

The pirate games pages have ALL been updated!
It’s been a long time coming. And this is likely the last update, unless there’s one REALLY interesting update to make to that section. After all …. there’s only so many ways you can cover crap. I think what we have gives a pretty good impression of the different sorts of pirate games out there.
Moreover, it’s been reorganized a little. So things are easier to find.
Oh, on a totally unrelated note: Quickman found out the game for the latest Rockman Cell Phone Game is “Capcom Girls Mind Puzzle” doing some fancy translating. Good job!

More Megaman Mysteries. And this is a doozy of an update!
A new blurb about what lays behind the boss doors of MM2 is now part of the Classic Megaman Mysteries article. There is some surprising stuff to be found!
Moreover, I’ve more fully researched how the creation order is determined in the NES MM games. I was mistaken when I said it was all due to the order levels appear in at the end of the game – this is only true for MM3, MM4, and MM5.
So go and check it out!
Also, it looks like someone created a Wikipedia article on the Mechanical Maniacs, in one VERY ironic twist of fate. Now, I am under no delusions of grandeur. I don’t think for a second that this article won’t be deleted within a week if I’m lucky. So, that affords me some fun. I call upon whoever reads this to add like crazy to the Mechanical Maniacs article on Wikipedia!Add whatever factual information you like, but feel free to also add outright lies! In fact …. outright lies are preferred! The article (and this article alone mind) is likely to be deleted very soon, so I see this as an opportunity for fun. I call upon any who read this to add to the article on me and make it as “good” as possible. Let’s see what you people can come up with!

The game won’t stay solved, people!
Okay, there’s a couple of new tidbits of info added to the game in the unused graphic data section. This new information means a few parts of the article had to be rewritten. I was tempted to sit on this longer and get some less interesting things out of the way first, but ….. what the Hell?
